KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, September 12, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline down by $3.06, 90-octane will be sold for $175.49 per liter, while 87-octane will be sold for $166.46 per liter.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $163.24 per liter after a decrease of $3.06 and ultra-low sulfur diesel will be sold for $171.33 per liter also down by $3.06.
Kerosene decreased by $3.06 and will be sold for $155.24 per liter.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $70.79 per litre down by $2.54 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $80.48 per litre after a decrease of $3.06.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective markup to these prices.
