About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytically minded CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing our email and SMS campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and monitor email and SMS campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Segment customer lists and target specific audiences effectively
Assist in creating engaging and personalized content for email and SMS communications
Utilize data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies
Qualifications
Work experience in a related role is preferred but not required
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but not necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics or a related field preferred
$70,000 – $88,500 a year
