About the Role

At Clari, you’ll work closely with a team of marketers, designers, and developers to build new features and optimize existing features for our global web properties, including https://www.clari.com. Reporting to and collaborating with the Sr. Website Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, architecting, and building both a website for Product-Led-Growth, and a Web Operations function that serves all Clari stakeholders.

While we don’t expect you to be an expert in all technologies and tools, a key aspect of this role will be the application of your technical and problem-solving skills to overcome cross-functional challenges across the full marketing stack. From code development, to deployment pipeline, to integration with our other Marketing systems, you will help define best-practices, establish governance, and build solutions that meet and exceed stakeholder expectations with agility, usability, and quality in mind.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

Fluency and efficiency in all front-end technologies used for dynamically-driven content-management systems, and for headless/static environments, including: HTML, SASS/CSS, and PHP; as well as JS, Vue/React, etc.

Experience with Optimizely/Episerver and development for Azure, . NET and ASP environments. Fluency in C# and back-end infrastructures.

Further experience and working knowledge of other dynamic CMS systems (such as WordPress, Drupal, etc) as well as headless/static frameworks and workflows.

DevOps: mastery of code pipeline and deployment methodologies and tools: GIT, CI/CD, etc. Establish and own best-practices for the security and scalability of web-application assets.

Advanced ability to translate design, functional, and IA-requirements to scalable CMS components and structures.

Familiarity with modern Design and Content tools, workflows and formats; Figma, Markdown, SVG, Lottie, etc.

Thorough understanding of UX-principles that put the user first, how to translate Brand principles into scalable Design Systems, and how to translate user-stories to deliver coded components. Ability to collaborate with Designers and CMS-stakeholders to create wireframes, scope technical implementations, and distill requirements down to scalable components that align with the Brand principles.

Expertise and experience solving end-to-end technical issues across the full marketing stack, including Consent Management Platforms (like OneTrust), Marketo, SFDC, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other Business-Information integrations such as Tableau and Looker.

Coach/Player approach to content-publication: inform and guide stakeholders about application of design system components, assist/train content-producers on the use of the CMS; also ready and able to QA and build/publish content as needed.

Qualifications

You are able to work independently and efficiently in situations of ambiguity; you know when to check in for alignment before wasting cycles, and when to drive forward to a finished product that will pass stakeholder reviews.

Proactive approach to site security and technical performance.

Able to identify both high-yield projects and opportunities, and also demonstrate the fortitude to drive through routine housekeeping requirements with efficiency and a high attention-to-detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to marketers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Demonstrable experience onboarding cross-functional teams to CMS workflows, especially during large-scale projects or transitioning teams to new systems.
